Service Being Offered Kahan may charge clients per service. Fees are based on how much time I usually spend with a client. Corporation fees range from $100 per hour for dress code consultations or working with individual employees, or up to $500 per hour for a seminar or class. If you charge by the hour, you could also charge for your travel time and time that you spend writing reports. However, some professionals do not charge for local travel, or charge a lower fee for travel time. $50 per hour for travel, plus expenses. Daily Rates Some individuals and corporate clients will hire you for more than just one service. They may be looking for a full makeover, or you may be offering a seminar or other corporate training program. For them, you may want to consider a daily fee (also known as a per diem).
